P2 Courses - What's included

The course will be held at Bournemouth University and is in two modules, ‘A’ and ‘B’. The modules run over alternate weekends throughout the summer. Attendance of both modules is recommended and is included in the price.

Each course focuses on different aspects of the exam with emphasis on the practical approach that is required:

The main emphasis of the course is to provide attendees with the opportunity to sit four P2 style papers under examination conditions. These are aimed at prospective candidates with at least 3 years experience in the profession. The course focuses on technique and how to answer P2 questions. It is not a legal ‘crammer’. Therefore a sufficient knowledge of the law and the recommended P2 syllabus is assumed.

Each exam paper taken is assessed, with individual detailed input and feedback on performance being provided to the attendee, before attempting the next paper.

The papers are not past papers. They are papers that have been prepared especially for this course. Some time will also be spent reviewing a selection of previous years questions.

Course attendees are encouraged and given the opportunity to work collectively throughout the course.

Each part of the course is designed to provide attendees with the opportunity and the time, not only to sit actual papers, but also to discuss issues among themselves and with the tutor.

In order to provide the personal tuition on which this course is founded, each course is limited to a maximum of five people only.

In addition to taking part in the course, and receiving a written assessment on completion of the course, all attendees will be able to follow up with the tutor on any matters relating to or arising from the course.
